What We Cover — Day by Day
Days 1–3 — Awareness & Orientation
Simple. Gentle. Introductory.
These first days are not about fixing or changing anything yet.
They’re about:
slowing down
noticing your current nervous system state
becoming aware of your triggers and challenges
understanding how stress shows up for you right now
You’ll be guided with simple reflections such as:
When do I tend to freeze or shut down?
What situations activate my system most?
What do I notice in my body when I feel overwhelmed?
This phase is about awareness and connection.
It helps you arrive at the live training already connected to your own experience.
Days 4 Live Weekend Training

Day 1 — Map & Befriend Your Nervous System
Theme: Awareness, Safety & Somatic Intelligence

You’ll learn the language of your nervous system and why you shift into freeze, overwhelm, or activation.
You’ll:
identify your cues, patterns, and signals
begin building a personal nervous system map you can use anytime
practice Breathwork and energy care tools that help your system feel safer, grounded, and connected
Outcome:
You leave Day 1 with clarity — understanding what’s happening inside you and how to recognize your states in real time.
Day5 — Live Weekend Training

Day 2 — Shift & Integrate: From Freeze to Flow
Theme: Flexibility, Expression & Integration
REMAP Focus: Access Choice · Practice
You’ll learn how to shift your state with confidence.
You’ll:
explore what your system needs — breath, pause, movement, boundaries, expression
practice regulation tools inside guided breathwork and embodied experiences
build confidence in returning to safety and flow — for yourself and others
Outcome:
You leave Day 2 with confidence — knowing how to shift states and support others to do the same.
Days 6–7 — Integration & Landing
Letting the work settle.
Allowing your nervous system to land in what it learned.

Who You Learn From
Indri Tulusan is a Breathwork & Energy Care Coach with a background in design thinking and global health innovation. She helps entrepreneurs, parents, and coaches regulate stress, protect their energy, and stay grounded through life’s real pressures — from demanding workloads to the emotional waves of parenting teens.
Sascha Zeilinger is a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, Wim Hof–certified instructor, and new father. He has supported high-performance and professional athletes in regulating their nervous systems under pressure — and knows firsthand what it takes to stay calm through sleepless nights and toddler storms.
Together, Indri and Sascha co-founded the Spirit of Breath Collective, an international trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator school accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA).
They also collaborate with Humboldt University on one of Europe’s largest Breathwork research studies, bringing scientific rigor into an embodied, accessible method.

You’ll learn the REMAP™ Method (Regulate · Embody · Map · Align · Practice) and walk away with a felt sense of regulation — and a clear toolkit to return to calm and clarity when life gets intense. -
This experience is for:
Coaches, therapists, and space-holders who want nervous system literacy and practical tools for deeper, safer client work.
Leaders, professionals, and parents navigating emotional load, overwhelm, and decision fatigue.
Humans who feel everything intensely and want more resilience, clarity, and grounded presence.
You don’t need any prior knowledge of nervous system science or Breathwork. We start with foundations and build step by step.

The REMAP™ Method is a practical framework that helps you:

You’ll receive a Foundations Certificate in Nervous System Regulation & Breathwork Integration (REMAP™ Method).
This confirms you’ve completed a structured training in nervous system awareness and basic regulation tools. It is not a psychotherapy license or clinical qualification, but it strengthens your existing work and how you support others. -
The training runs over 7 days, with 2 live sessions on the weekend and guided integration before and after.
Live Sessions:
April 18th & 19th, 10:00–14:00 (Berlin time), live on ZoomDaily resources & integration:
You’ll receive materials and practices from April 15th until the end of the immersion on April 21st to support you in mapping and regulating your nervous system in real life.
Each Live Session includes:
Short, accessible nervous system theory
Guided nervous system mapping
Breathwork and energy care practices
Space for questions, reflection, and integration
Sessions are recorded wherever possible and made available for a limited time, so you can revisit key practices.
Live attendance is highly recommended, especially for the regulation exercises and Q&A. -
This training is trauma-aware and choice-centered. You’ll be guided to:
Move slowly and respectfully with your system
Adjust or opt out of any practice
Stay within your own window of tolerance
That said, this weekend is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
If you have a complex trauma history, severe mental health challenges, or medical conditions, we recommend discussing participation with your therapist or healthcare provider and listening closely to your own boundaries during the weekend. -
The focus is on regulation, not extremes.
You’ll work mostly with:
Gentle nervous-system–friendly breathing patterns
Grounding and down-regulating tools
Carefully guided practices that build safety and capacity
We may briefly explore slightly more activating practices — but always with clear options, consent, and the emphasis on coming back to safety, presence, and flow, not pushing your system over the edge.

Yes — this training is designed to give you simple, shareable tools you can integrate into:

Leadership, team check-ins, and meeting rhythms
You’ll learn how to introduce basic concepts of nervous system regulation and offer low-intensity tools safely.
If you want to become a fully trained Breathwork facilitator, this weekend is a strong on-ramp into the full Spirit of Breath Facilitator Training. -
Part of the training is learning how to notice and respond when you feel activated, overwhelmed, or checked out. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be encouraged to:
Take breaks
Turn your camera off if needed
Stay with a gentler version of each practice
If you can’t attend every minute live, you’ll still receive the core content and practices via recordings (where possible) and downloadable resources + a 7-day integration plan to support you afterwards.

100% refund (minus any payment processing fees).29–14 days before the weekend:

Where possible, we’re happy to transfer your ticket to another person or, in some cases, offer a credit toward a future training instead of a refund.
If we need to reschedule or cancel the event (e.g. illness or unforeseen circumstances), you can either transfer your ticket to the new date or receive a full refund of your ticket price.
