Breathwork Facilitator Training FAQ

What is this training?

A 6-month online Breathwork Facilitator Training that ends with a 5-day in-person Breath Camp outside of Berlin to integrate, practice live facilitation, and deepen embodiment. You’ll learn how to guide sessions safely, confidently, and professionally—grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science.

When does the training run?

October 2nd, 2026 – March 26th, 2027.

What is the weekly schedule?

Live Online training happens every Friday, 10:00–12:30 (Berlin time).

Is it fully online?

Mostly. The core training is online, and we finish with a 5-day in-person Breath Camp.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes. Replays are available inside our Mighty Network.

What will I learn?

You’ll build strong foundations and real facilitation skill, including:

  • Breathwork fundamentals + safety (screening, contraindications, modifications)

  • Nervous system understanding + regulation-based facilitation

  • Facilitation skills for 1:1 and group spaces (language, pacing, container, integration)

  • Working responsibly with intensity, emotion, and release

  • Ethics, scope of practice, and professional standards

What breathing styles/techniques are covered?

The foundation is Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB). You’ll also learn additional breathing techniques and how to choose the right approach depending on the person, intention, and nervous system capacity.

Is this training trauma-informed?

Yes. We teach facilitation through a trauma-informed lens: consent, choice, pacing, resourcing, and ethical boundaries. This is about creating safety—not pushing people into breakthrough experiences.

What do I need to do to get certified?

To receive certification you’ll complete:

  • Minimum 80% live attendance

  • 10 x 1:1 sessions (practice + documentation)

  • 10 x group sessions (practice + documentation)

  • Your Breathwork Manifesto (your facilitation values, ethics, and approach)

What is the Breathwork Manifesto?

A final written piece where you clarify how you facilitate, what you stand for, your safety standards, your scope of practice, and the kind of space you commit to holding. It’s a key part of becoming a facilitator people can trust.

Who is this training for?

Anyone who wants to facilitate Breathwork with depth and responsibility—coaches, teachers, bodyworkers, therapists-in-training, and humans ready to lead spaces with clarity and integrity.

Do I need prior experience?

Not required. But you do need consistency. This training rewards the people who practice, show up, and take feedback seriously.

How much does it cost?

  • Early Bird: €3,990

  • Full Price: €4,990
    We also offer payment plans.
