Your inbox pings. Your shoulders tense. Your jaw locks. You answer the message before you've even noticed what just happened in your body.
This is reactivity. It's automatic, it's fast, and it runs most of our days.
But there's another way. Between the trigger and the reaction, there's a space — and in that space lives our power to choose. Breathwork is one of the most direct ways to widen that space.
Sunday Breathe is 90min to practice exactly that.
What we'll explore
This session is an introduction to the polyvagal lens — how your nervous system shifts between states of alertness, freeze, and connection, often without you noticing. We'll work with the breath as a doorway: a way to recognise where you are, and to consciously move toward regulation. Not theory-heavy. Not complicated. Just a felt experience of the difference between being run by your nervous system — and learning to ride it. You'll leave with a deeper sense of how your own system works, and a simple practice you can take into the week ahead.
What to expect
· A short opening + brief context on the nervous system · Around 35–40 minutes of guided Breathwork · Time to integrate in stillness · Optional sharing space at the end
What you need
· A quiet space where you won't be interrupted · A yoga mat, blanket, or somewhere comfortable to lie down · A pillow and something to cover your eyes (optional) · Headphones for better sound · Water nearby
Who it's for
Anyone who feels stuck in reactive patterns. People navigating high-stress weeks. Anyone curious about how breath and the nervous system are connected. New and experienced practitioners equally welcome.
