Sunday Breathe — Breathe to Arrive
Sunday, 7th of June · 10am-11.30am CEST · Online via Zoom · Free
A space to land.
We move through life in fragments. The body in one place, the mind in another. The breath, somewhere in between — shallow, forgotten, working overtime to keep us going.
Sunday Breathe is an hour to come back.
This session is a gentle invitation into your own breath — and into your own body. No prior experience needed. No technique to master. Just a guided space where you can soften, slow down, and arrive.
We'll work with simple, accessible Breathwork to help your nervous system shift from doing into being. From holding into letting go. From running into resting.
You don't need to be flexible, fit, or fluent in any of this. You just need to show up.
What to expect
· A short opening to set the tone · Around 35–40 minutes of guided Breathwork · Time to integrate in stillness · Optional sharing space at the end
What you need
· A quiet space where you won't be interrupted · A yoga mat, blanket, or somewhere comfortable to lie down · A pillow and something to cover your eyes (optional but lovely) · Headphones for better sound · Water nearby
Who it's for
Anyone who wants to slow down. People new to breathwork. People returning to it. Anyone in need of an hour that belongs only to themselves.
