Something isn't working.

Something is missing. And thinking about it isn't moving you forward.

Maybe you already know what needs to change — your work, a relationship, something you want to create, a decision you keep postponing. Or maybe you can't name it yet. You just know something is missing.

You think about it. Analyse it. Doubt yourself. Wait for clarity. And somehow, you keep ending up in the same place.

Maybe you recognise this in the people you work with, too. You're a coach, therapist, yoga teacher, healthcare practitioner, or facilitator — and your clients understand their patterns, but understanding alone doesn't always create movement.

Sunday Breathe

When Something Needs To Change

Sunday, 13th of September · 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM CEST ·Online via Zoom · Free

.

What we'll explore

What if you stopped trying to think your way forward?

Change brings uncertainty, even when we want it. One part of us wants to move; another reaches for what feels familiar. In this 90-minute live experience, we'll work with breath, body, and nervous system regulation to explore what's underneath the stuckness.

You'll be guided to:

Recognise where you may be caught in a thinking or self-doubt loop

Notice what happens in your body and nervous system when you imagine change

Work with the breath to create more space, regulation, and connection

Listen beneath the noise of should I / shouldn't I

Explore what movement might feel possible from a more grounded place

This isn't about forcing an answer or pushing through resistance. It's about getting out of your head long enough to hear what the rest of you has to say.

Your hosts

Sascha Zeilinger

Founder of Spirit of Breath Collective · Certified Breathwork Facilitator · Wim Hof Certified Instructor

Sascha's work sits at the meeting point of ancient wisdom and modern science. His practice is built on a simple belief: that the breath is one of the most direct paths to health, growth, and real change in the body, mind, and spirit. Beyond breathwork, Sascha has walked the path of men's work and fatherhood coaching — his daughter, he'll tell you, has been his greatest teacher. He brings that same depth of presence into every space he holds.

Indri Tulusan

Founder of Breathe into Being You · Certified Breathwork Facilitator · Spinal Energetics Practitioner

Indri's mission is simple and profound: to bring calm and connection to the lives of overworked and overwhelmed people, one breath at a time. As a breathwork expert and Energy Care coach , she guides people back into their bodies, back into clarity, and back into a life lived at a pace that actually works for them. Her work is warm, embodied, and deeply feminine — less about pushing harder, more about returning to ease.

How to prepare

Wear something comfortable and eat only lightly beforehand.

Find a place where you can lie down fully and undisturbed.

Use good headphones or speakers so you can receive the music and guidance completely.

A blanket is welcome — body temperature often shifts during breathwork. Pen and paper optional, for anything that arises.

Please note this practice is not a substitute for medical advice.
