Sunday Breathe

From Reactive to Responsive

Sunday, 21st of June · 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM CEST · Online via Zoom · Free

.

What if the most powerful tool for changing how you respond to life has been with you the whole time?

You didn't mean to snap.

You didn't mean to spiral.

You didn't mean to send that message before you'd even taken a breath.

But it happened. Again.

That's not a character flaw. That's your nervous system doing exactly what it was wired to do — protect you. Fast. Before you have a chance to choose.

The question isn't why do I keep reacting?

The question is: can I learn to find the space before I do?

The answer is yes. And your breath is the way in.

Join us for a free 90-minute online breathwork session

Sunday Breathe is a monthly gathering where we use the breath as a living, felt tool to come back to ourselves.

This session, From Reactive to Responsive, explores the nervous system science behind reactivity — and gives you a direct, embodied experience of what it feels like to widen the space between stimulus and response.

Polyvagal-informed. Trauma-aware. No experience needed. Just you and your breath.

What we'll move through together

We open with a short, grounded exploration of how the nervous system shifts between states — so you can start to recognise your own patterns not as problems, but as signals.

Then we breathe. A guided breathwork journey designed to move your system out of automatic and into awareness. You'll feel the shift happen in real time, in your own body.

We close with integration — stillness, reflection, and space to let it land.

You'll leave with something you can actually use: a felt sense of regulation, and a simple breath practice to return to whenever life pulls you back into react mode.

This is for you if...

  • You feel like you're always one step behind your own reactions.

  • You want to feel more grounded in your body and less run by your mind.

  • You've been curious about breathwork but haven't known where to begin.

  • You're tired of understanding yourself intellectually and ready to feel the change somatically.

Your hosts

Sascha Zeilinger

Founder of Spirit of Breath Collective · Certified Breathwork Facilitator · Wim Hof Certified Instructor

Sascha's work sits at the meeting point of ancient wisdom and modern science. His practice is built on a simple belief: that the breath is one of the most direct paths to health, growth, and real change in the body, mind, and spirit. Beyond breathwork, Sascha has walked the path of men's work and fatherhood coaching — his daughter, he'll tell you, has been his greatest teacher. He brings that same depth of presence into every space he holds.

Indri Tulusan

Founder of Breathe into Being You · Certified Breathwork Facilitator · Spinal Energetics Practitioner

Indri's mission is simple and profound: to bring calm and connection to the lives of overworked and overwhelmed people, one breath at a time. As a breathwork expert and Energy Care coach , she guides people back into their bodies, back into clarity, and back into a life lived at a pace that actually works for them. Her work is warm, embodied, and deeply feminine — less about pushing harder, more about returning to ease.

How to prepare

Wear something comfortable and eat only lightly beforehand.

Find a place where you can lie down fully and undisturbed.

Use good headphones or speakers so you can receive the music and guidance completely.

A blanket is welcome — body temperature often shifts during breathwork. Pen and paper optional, for anything that arises.

Please note this practice is not a substitute for medical advice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. This session is designed to be fully accessible, whether this is your very first time or you already have a regular practice. Sascha and Indri will guide you through everything.

  • Yes, completely. Sunday Breathe is our monthly open door — a space for anyone who wants to experience the power of conscious breathing without any barrier to entry.

  • A stable internet connection, Zoom, a comfortable place to lie down, and headphones or speakers. That's it. A blanket is a nice touch.

  • We recommend attending live to get the full experience — the energy of a group breathwork session is part of what makes it so powerful. If a recording is made available, registered attendees will be the first to know.

  • Breathwork is generally safe and accessible for most people. However, if you have a heart condition, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have a history of psychosis or severe anxiety, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before joining. When in doubt, please reach out to us directly.

  • Breathwork is different from meditation. Rather than trying to quiet the mind, you give the body something active to do — and the mind follows. Many people who have struggled with meditation find breathwork far more accessible and immediately effective.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and a few simple preparation tips. We'll also be in touch closer to the date with any last details.

  • We'd love to hear from you. Reach out at hello@spiritofbreathcollective.net and we'll get back to you with care.
